Grand Final day was a huge success for Warrandyte Netball Club with four of our seven finalists winning the premiership (and one losing by just one goal).
Congratulations to our 13U S2 Kangaroos, 13U S3 Wallabies, 17U S1 reserve Magpies, Open B Kestrels and commiserations to our 15U S1 Emus, 15U S3 Brolgas and Open B Falcons.
Well done to our five teams that made it through to grand final day, and a huge congratulations to the 17U/1 Magpies who were winners of the reserve premiership.
We were thrilled to be able to welcome Kiera Austin and Mwai Kumwenda (MJ) to the Warrandyte Netball Club to give us some training tips and talk to us about their very different netball journeys.
The Mothers Day round is a much anticipated day when the mothers get to show their daughters just who’s the boss out on the netball court. Or perhaps it’s the other way around…
